New Law for Lobby Signs
10 Feb 2015Please be aware that the New York City Council passed an amendment to the NYC Administrative Code requiring a sign in the lobby of apartment buildings giving notice that the City has a guide to housing information for tenants and owners. The sign must be in English and Spanish and “posted in a conspicuous place within view of the area (where) mail is delivered”. The effective date of this law is February 1, 2015. We have the sign in stock.
